Sudhir’s New Kabira Country Club's 350 apartments redefine Bukoto skylines.

The expansion of Kabira Country, owned by local entrepreneur Sudhir Rupaleria, has reshaped the skylines of Bukoto and Ntinda, with the new recreational complex projecting a wonderful picture in the neighbourhood. Once completed, the leisure complex will be East Africa's largest leisure hotel, with more rooms than any other facility.

According to insiders, major business magnet Sudhir Ruparelia is planning to open 350 luxurious apartments linked to the newly enlarged Kabira Country Club hotel this year. The hotel is located in Bukoto, Kampala, over 11,000 square metres.

The multimillion-dollar hotel extension project, which is nearing completion, will include squash courts, large indoor and outdoor restaurants, a youth and business centre, conference facilities, poolside residences, a six-lane bowling alley, and underground parking.

According to The Capital Times, the hotel's apartment complex will contain one, two, and three-bedroom serviced apartments that will be completely furnished and constructed to British standards.

Sudhir is claimed to have spent billions of dollars expanding the Kabira Country Club in order to turn it into a world-class institution.

The billionaire owns a number of additional properties both in and out of Uganda. Victoria University, Speke Resort—Munyonyo, Speke Apartments, Tourist Hotel, Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort Ltd., Kampala International School, and Kampala Parent's School are among them. He is also the managing director of Meera Investments Ltd.
