Sudhir Tycoon's CMS has been named the best real estate and property management company in East Africa.


Crane Management Services (CMS) has been crowned East Africa's top real estate and property management firm. CMS is the real estate and property management branch of Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia's Ruparelia Group of Companies.

The East Africa Brand Quality Awards recognised the firm the platinum winner of the Quality Excellence Award for "The Best Real Estate & Property Management Company in East Africa" 2022-2023 last night.

CMS announced the news on their social media platforms, writing, "East Africa approved! "We are the greatest real estate and property management firm in East Africa."

Dr. Sudhir and his family have become Uganda's leading private property owners, managers, and developers for commercial and private real estate via their firms Crane Management and Meera Investments. Among other things, the corporations invest in office buildings, retail centres, industrial facilities, residential units, and development projects.

Crane Management Services, which has been in operation since 1996, is a professional property management firm that maintains a significant portfolio of properties in Kampala as well as locations like as Jinja, Mbale, and Mbarara, to mention a few. It administers a wide range of assets, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties, as well as office buildings.


"CMS is responding to the demand for professional management services in the real estate sector at a time when Uganda is seeing exceptional growth in the real estate management business," according to the group's website.

Meera Investments, on the other hand, was founded in 1994. Its specialty is creative real estate concepts, notably in property development and construction.

CMS manages many commercial buildings owned by the Ruparelia Group, including Kingdom Kampala, The Cube, Kampala Boulevard, Electrical Plaza, Market Plaza, Hardware City, Crane Chambers, Gender, and Labour House.
