Sudhir Relocates 20-Year-Old Trees as Development of a World-Class Convention Center commences

Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, a business magnate, has started work on the world-class Munyonyo Convention Center, which will welcome over 120 heads of state for the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit next year.

The Non-linked Movement, formed in 1955 at the Asian-Africa summit in Bandung, Indonesia, and dedicated to decolonization, brings together countries that are not linked with either the Eastern or Western power blocs.

Earlier this week, the billionaire was forced to develop a new environment in order to create a calming atmosphere for his visitors, and as a consequence, the conservationist was forced to transport 20-year-old palm palms to the new convention center that will hold the mega summit in early 2024.

Sudhir is seen stepping aside as he monitors 'city guys' executing the work with heavy-duty equipment, due to millions spent on this large endeavor.

As a result, the contemporary ultra-Convention center would eventually host the G77/China South Summit. The new conference center will have a 3,800-person capacity main hall and 12 breakout session rooms. The construction will cost $47 million.

When finished, the complex will also have a suspended restaurant with a view of Lake Victoria and smaller conference rooms for side sessions during the summit.

Sudhir has a proven track record of achieving construction schedules while also providing world-class facilities through public-private partnerships. In 2007, for example, the business magnate was able to create the Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort, which hosted the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM). Over the years, the center has hosted a number of high-profile gatherings.
